The shadow side of this morning

Ok, now I have to face it, I need to learn to do some basic cleaning. I tried to take mist photos today, lots of light and whiteness. And spots, in all of them but not from the lens.

So blip of the day chosen from the shadow side.

What's your advice, to find the manual which I haven't opened so far (I bought the camera in October or so) or take it somewhere for a cleanup? I know it should be easy but I don't want to mess it either.
