Soufflé

This is my first ever attempt at a soufflé. Seemed to work out pretty well if I do say so myself!

OK not picture perfect but it was tasty and that's the main thing!

It was a twice baked cheese soufflé if you were intersted!

Apologies for the focus - I was aiming for the soufflé and somehow managed to get the salad leaves. Didn't notice until I uploaded it (after I'd eaten it) so no second chances!
