Hospitals Suck...

Today I missed two class and spent 6 hours in the ER. This is the shot of my IV before they hooked me up to a fluid bag.

Why? I was light headed, dizzy and had pain in my upper right quadrant, by my gall bladder. Needless to say, gall bladder issues are severe.

An ultrasound showed that my gall bladder was fine, so the diagnosis is severe pregnancy induced heartburn.

The lightheadedness, however, is a different issue.

My blood pressure is LOW and my blood levels are low in both hemoglobin and hematocrit...

Being only 13 weeks, this concerns me. Blood volume only gets lower as the pregnancy progresses.

I have been told to increase my fluid intake even though I am not dehydrated and attempt to eat more meat to get my levels up.

I hope these two things work...I can't afford to be incapacitated...
