Set free.

Today was our ACW last day and Pastor Peter Hong from New Community Church in Chicago came to speak to us.

Funny because it seems like every time he speaks, he's speaking to me.

What does it mean to really encounter Christ?
To be transformed?
To fully understand His grace, His mercy, His love, and His forgiveness?


Some notes in my journal:

Repentance is not just turn around again, and again, and again, but to fully give up your gods and uproot it to replace it with Christ.
Not give me strength, but Christ BE the strength.

Colossians 1:17.

Essence of gospel:

He saved others because he didn't save himself.




Child of God?

It means no more punishments.
He's not a God to get us.
