Anyway, vampire theories aside, here's a shot of Jarvis action in blazing sunshine and high temperatures in Brisbane, Australia. The average temperatures in Queensland are so high that it forced the introduction of the "pot", or half-pint, as the beer measure of choice - pints simply did not stay cold until the last drop, at least not until the introduction of decent air-conditioning. Jarvises generally tend to avoid smaller measures of beer as the pub tends to make more money on them, thus reducing the Jarvis's beer-to-money ratio.
