April Fools!!

What a not-so-nice April Fools Day joke Mother Nature has played on us! We were hit with more snow overnight last night and this morning!!

Last night at work, we were all standing outside watching the snow fall....I've never seen snowflakes so big before!! It was amazing!! They had to be at least 2 inches wide!!

Today, we are trying to teach Jack some April Fools jokes to try out at school. His favorite one (that he came up with) is: "Momma! There is a spider on your head!" Then he blurts out "Aprils!"

He keeps forgetting to say 'fools'!! And we are trying to explain it's best to give it a few seconds to let the person react a bit before yelling, "April Fools!" He's got a couple of hours to perfect it before getting on the bus, he is so excited!! He jumps up and down with a huge smile each time he tries it! :) He really is a little jokester!!

These buds are on a tree in our side yard. Jack loves to check them out each day to see if any leaves have started to pop out.

I am trying to personally thank everyone, but it's slow going...between work, getting Jack ready for school, and everything else. But I am determined!!
