The Favourite

Another day, another book launch at the Groucho. This time at the invitation of my friend the lovely literary agent Sarah Such, whose latest book, The Favourite by Mathew Lyons was launched with huge style. It was great to catch up with publishing friends old and new too.

Later in the evening I had a little launch of my own, when my wine was somehow jettisoned in the direction of my favourite physicist Prof Brian Cox. Oops. Fortunately he was shielded by Jenny (sorry Jenny...), like the Earth's atmosphere protecting us from solar radiation. I'm hoping he'll use that as a metaphor in his next series.
