As you know we are just back from a wee break in Sydney, coming home I was very impressed with the Sydney airport and all it has to offer. To be fair its a great effort but pales in comparison to the awesome structure thats the airport in Dunedin at the Taieri Aerodrome.
I managed to capture this image at a time where the aerodrome was a bit quieter so you could all really appreciate ther quality of the structure and not have it blocked by multiple international jetliners.
Not long after this we were moved on by security, they were telling me a delegation from the main airport in Dubai was flying in to look at there colossus and was considering leveling the current terminal there and building one along the lines of the one seen here. Already plans are in place to replecate this at JFK in New York where no expense will be spared. Heathrow staff are trying to find a way to make this happen also before the 2012 Olympics.
