Out for the count
I had the day off work today - it was Aidan's last 'Monkey Music' class and mrs monochrome (what with being a tiny bit on the preggo side) is finding it difficult to chase him around the class. So, having had her dad and her brother there the past few weeks, I went along with her and spent the best part of half an hour chasing the wee man around the room, trying to keep him from opening the fire exit. It was the first class I had been to since he had moved up from the baby class, so it was quite different from last time - it was good to seem him running around though, and joining in playing the instruments, and doing the actions along with the songs.
As usual, he's knackered by the time he gets back from his class, so it was a quick lunch for him and then in to bed. Three hours later we had to wake him up (as we had to head out for a few things at the shops) - not an easy task! This was my trying to wake him up by opening his curtains and blinds - he didn't stir at all, not even when I started taking photos of him! Definately his mother's son!
Speaking of his mother, it's mrs monochrome's 365th today!
