well chuffed me.

the aircraft picture on the front of this book
is one that ive drawn.

over the years ive had one or two pics up in print.
this picture was a commission that i had several
years ago from the pilots wife.. now Johnnie Trotman
has finally got round to putting his true life ww2 war
story to print (woodfield publishing) they decided to
use my drawing for the front cover to avoid copyright
issues from existing photo`s etc.

these old boys tell their stories as a matter of fact. to
them it was just a job they did because it had to be done.
far different from today.

on a borrowed pc tonight. i had to buy a new laptop today
as mine died a death on wednesday just a load of stuff i
had on ebay was coming to the end of auction time. did
ok though but its all gone (and more) on the new gizmo
which will hopefully arrive soon?? humph!
