Drugs are bad..., mmkay

Saw this chap at the Embarcadero Plaza in San Francisco, he's loving the cool, soft feeling of the huge inflatable milk carton. Today was April fools day, of course, and in San Francisco that is celebrated with the St Stupid's Day Parade. Saw a lot of strange people, and a lot of some of those strange people. These guy had overdone the special cigarettes, perhaps.
