Experiment in depth of field

Today I set up my macro lens and new LED ring light to see how it would work. I'm pretty happy with the image, actually four taken at different focus distances and processed in Photoshop CS5. It would have been better with possibly two more exposures but I'm happy the way it came out for the first attempt. It's my friends Orchid but I'll have to ask it's name when I see her tomorrow. It's a hurried crop and mask attempt so pardon the right side of the Orchid and border. Have a great weekend all.
