Ya.. summers gone..

After a gorgeous night in Portobello last night I finally had to venture back into the city..
On the bus however, listening to the 'soothing sounds' of Nickleback I looked out to harbor and decided it was the right day for a swim.
When I finally found someone who more or less agreed/ was up for the challenge I found myself in the waves of Saint Clair beach with feet I could no longer feel and spitting out salt after being ambushed by the last wave. A-MAZ-ING!
Of course upon getting out and hitting the wind I instantly realized that my incredible ideas, like this one, usually come back to bite me in the ass but all was solved with my op-shot grandma jersy (best buy ever!) chocolate, the kind which fixes everything and later a hot shower and cup of tea.

Was the down side when a guy from my door insisted on banging on the shower door 3 separate times while I was showering because I happened to be using the best shower? Or was that just amusing??

I took this photo while I contemplated whether I really really wanted to go swimming, I took the plunge because at least there was a free scarf for me when I got out :P

Right now I'm thinking, don't take life too seriously.
It does that for itself... it doesn't need your help.
