Rona

Wet early today with a stiff breeze. However, the rain has blown over and the sun popped out to say hello so we took a wander along the canal bank. Spring is surely coming as all the trees and bushes are well budded and some are starting to open out. Also spotted a bit of a rucus between two drakes - over a female duck, no doubt. Caught this image of Rona looking suitably noble and aloof. I thought that with her colouring, she would almost vanish in sepia tint, but this looks pretty good, I think.
