Ultimate Supervisor

I went to a training at the Omni Hotel in New Haven on behalf of work. IWG has big plans for me and they want me to help lead the company so they sent me to get the resources needed to do so. The seminar was called 'How to be the Ultimate Supervisor.' They taught topics such as approaching various work styles, managing your direct reports' time while not falling behind your work, handling difficult situations and more. It was a very informative training and the next step is to put what I learned into action.
