Additional information:
Eid isn't actually a taxi driver; he was just making a few extra pounds on behalf of the owner of the taxi (from what I could gather). As such, he didn't have a clue where he was going! When he stopped to ask for directions from some guy on the street, I quickly interrupted and surprised him with my Arabic skills to get us there (a shop that sells videogames (Dead Space 2 for PS3 in this instance) for semi-decent prices) no problem!
