I found this piece of ice clutching to a rock in the middle of a small creek. This pic was taken in Er Dao Bai He (err dow buy her). Not sure what the English translation is. It is a short taxi ride from Chang Bai Shan mountain a popular tourist destination in Jilin Province south of Haerbin
