A much better day

Today I was in work for 7.30am as it was cost roll up day and all in all it was a good day! I was reminded that I should hear today as to whether Kirsten had got into our first choice school so spent the rest of the morning a little nervous and when I left work at 2.15pm dashed home (not that quickly after Mondays episode to be honest but anything above 15mph would have felt like a dash!) to see if the post had arrived and it had but there was no letter - I had a couple of mins before I needed to head to the school to pick up the children so I decided to check my emails and there - in my inbox - was an email from the admissions department that had been sent at 9am this morning! She has got a space!! Woo hoo!

P.S - I found this Willow Warbler in the Willow tree (!) in the back garden this afternoon!
