Mold and more

We have mold growing in the weirdest place. Today while lowering the screens on our windows, we noticed that mold somehow started to grow between the panes of glass on our energy saving windows. We just replaced a cracked sash on the front of our house for free from this company--and I feel bad going back to them one more time for the mold on these windows-but its gross!!!
