Funky light

Today was one of those weather days that felt like a skipping record, alternating between rain and shine. I felt bad for all those who organized or participated in the yearly Cherry Blossoms Festival in D.C...

But, the light in between cycles of rain and sun was really funky, against the backdrop of dark skies, as if shining through nature's own filter. I was lucky to catch this picture (no photoshop work at all on it!) before the skies opened up again.
