Cape Foulwind

Our power was to be off for most of today for lines maintenance, so kiwilizzie and I took a drive to the West Coast. We had lunch at The Bay House on Tauranga Bay (Cape Foulwind near the Seal Colony). A lucky day for us, as we were unintentionally there on its last day of operation.

The weather spent the day undecided about what it was going to be. Varying between weak sunshine and rain, though I think the balance came out on the 'overcast' side.
