Field of Dreams
Heading home via Heathrow to pick up M. She hasn't had any sleep, poor girl. By the time Iberia had sorted out flights back to Canada for her group it was 1.45am - they started at around 7am! She worked through five shifts of staff, none of whom passed on what they'd done to the next shift so the whole routine had to be explained again- a bit like Groundhog Day.
She got to her hotel at two, had to leave at four for her own flight, so sleep was out of the question. She's now watching the final two episodes of "The Killing" on iPlayer. It's the best thing that's been on tv for years!
We'll have a nap this afternoon before heading off to York where M has a couple of days training with a new travel company. I'll carry on to Durham in the morning to do my reccy.
This is the almost completed Brighton & Hove Albion football ground, due to open in July. As it goes up, so should the team (To the Championship), though I don't really want to see them become one of those bloated Premiership teams full of overpaid primadonnas. The Championship will do nicely for a while, though they still have time to blow it...
