Do Not Sit Down!

Bit of a shame really ... a lovely sunny Sunday in London and alot of the benches in Green Park were no go! Significant upkeep being done in time for the Royal Wedding including a new lick of paint for the benches!

I popped along Piccadilly to pick up a Dundee Cake from Fortnum & Mason (bit of a family tradition for Easter Sunday). Such a lovely store. I never take the elevator in there but opt instead to take the stairs - charmingly quaint creaky wooden ones that put those modern escalators and lifts in the shade!
