Meh....

Despite all the great things this weekend - O/H birthday, and tidying the room from hell (where everything now seems to end up on account the garage is full...)
I'm feeling a bit flat and dejected.

The plan was to get some long exposures this evening. This is the best I can offer, seeing as a) my tripod self destructed on setup and b) the 2 month old lens I was using decided to go t*ts up. It's not only making odd noises and shuddering what I'm trying to focus on, it's then not focusing properly and overexposing horribly.

I'm not surprised. Everything remotely electrical bought in the last 5 years has gone the same way, or the month after the warranty has expired. Usually the latter.
