50 Years and Counting

It was Mum and Dads 50th Wedding Anniversary on Friday and today they had a church blessing to celebratre the occasion.

We couldn't think what to get them for a present has they have everything they need, bar their health, so we thought the best theing to give them is a memory. So tonight we booked them into The Merchant Hotel in Belfast for their dinner with an overnight stay. But we thought that wasn't special enough. So nothing says special like a Rolls Royce Phantom.

When the car arrived it turned out that the driver was an old friend of my wifes, so as a favour he would take them into town and drive them around the City Hall before dropping them off at the hotel.

Thats been a good day then.
