Sundays are often "down" days

Wish it wasn't so, but come Sunday evening everyone seems pretty low. Not sure if they get it from me or I from them.

I guess I also feel emotionally vulnerable so I feels good to hug the boys (and take their picture). Here Viggo enjoys the compulsory Sunday hair wash.
