Bay Laurel

Flowers had suddenly appeared on my bay tree and I have to say they are the largest I have ever seen on it!

I have to admit I didn't realise it produced fruit, but have just checked wikipedia. Apparently the fruit is pressed to produce essential and fatty oils. If the flowers are anything to go by, I might be able to go into business this summer!
