Perspective

Sometimes a walk through this sad old cemetery helps put perspective on life. The graves date from the 1790's to 1900. Years of neglect and acid rain have left most of the stones unreadable. There are many stones for children and women of childbearing age. How fortunate I am to live when and where I do. What saddens me is that in so much of the world, living conditions and medical care are not much better than it was 150 years ago here. That is why I give to PATHwhenever I can.
