Environs #15

~Rain Break~

Got a break in an otherwise dark, cloudy and rainy Friday.
Nothing much to photograph, no lighting.
Looked up at the sky to check on more rain.
And my hard and patterned roof caught my eye.

I am now mid-point in my Environs Project!
Wow, am I glad I chose a short month to do this project.
Very interesting, but getting more difficult not to use the same subjects.
So I am being forced to look at those same subjects in differing ways.
Quite an education in photographic seeing.
I am really learning a lot regarding camera discipline.
And what to and what not to photograph.
When this is over I will try to write a summary of what I've learned.
For those who are interested.
I'm really glad I decided to do this though!
