Beach Flower!

We had a builder that I know come over this morning to the new beach house to give us a quote on making the second living room into a third bedroom. He also had a look around the house to see if there were any structural problems or anything! Luckily he didn't find any!

We came back and then put our wetsuits on and took a surfboard over the road to the beach and Kaz and I took turns having a surf while the other one played with Spence! The day isn't all that warm with patchy clouds about but it was nice to get in the water with the wetsuit!

Spence was meant to have his sleep but just mucked about instead then we went into Foster and took our signed contracts into the real estate agent! On the way back we called into my Pop's house and Dad was there as well as my Aunt and Uncle ? Kim's Mum and Dad! We stayed there for about an hour chatting to them all which was lovely! Kim had her baby last night at about 9.30pm! She had a baby girl and they called her Alexandra Ruby! She was 8lb 2 and happy and healthy!! We will go and visit them tomorrow!!

Burritos for tea then an early night!! We only have two nights to go before we go home for two nights then off to Woodend so Kaz can do a fun run with some friends while I look after the kids!!

I went for a walk earlier and took some photos of the flowers that line the walkway onto the beach. They are so bright and lovely! I saw a bee flying around on them with a bright orange ball thing on each leg. Maybe a pollen sac??? I took a couple of shots but they weren't in very good focus as the bee kept flying off!! Here is one of the flowers instead!
