Springing forth

So, I've blipped this building a couple of times before, covered in winter, shrouded in autumnal mist and in a hazy mono.

I liked looking up today and seeing it coming to life with the springlike flash of yellow.

Sorry - it's too far away for me to even guess what the flowers are. Answers on a postcard...or a comment!
