NINJA WARDEN

In liverpool the parking control is getting pretty tough, looks like they are now employing Ninja Wardens for extra enforcement!
Beautiful sunny day, cool exhibitions at Fact, Walker & tate galleries. To top it all off after ordering a huge Fry up and getting some change i beat these two buggers back to the car to pay & display :-)
