Baby Mourning Doves

While walking around my patio this evening, looking for a ready subject, I saw this Red Tail Hawk trying to get into the tree that holds this nest. I scared him away and decided it a good time to photo the new borns. Likely, the hawk will return tonight, but we will see in the morning. Baby Mourning Doves do not make any sound and keep very still in the nest. They have great parents that take good care of them.
