Leaden Skies

Unfortunately it's another sky/cloud blip for me today, but the sky this morning was fantastic so I felt it was justified!

I was travelling along the same road I do every morning and as I rounded the corner I was confronted with this amazing sight. I managed to pull over and take the blip before the last of the sun which was illuminating the tree had disappeared.

Sadly the photo really doesn't do the contrast of the sun hitting the tree to the black abyss of the cloud behind it any real justice, it almost looked unreal at the time!
