Feedwaterpump

Today the second day of the course at Burgum power plant.

Just before lunch the evacuation alarm sounded so we all had to check out and went to the muster station where we had to wait in the soft pooring rain.

So when the tast was done we first had to go on with class because the lady of the catering first had to finish her abirted work in the kitchen.

The Blip shows a part of the main feedwaterpump at Bergum 10, smaller but similar as the main pump at EC20..
It's also a steam driven pump, so by using a steamturbine insted of an electric motor.

I had a better picture but we were a bit illegal in the machine hall without helmets and in "normal" clothing.... :-)
