Still not up to photos!

BACK BLIP

I was still not up to sitting at the PC yet so although I took the photo (and it is not great but to be honest I was in a little bit of pain) I didn't load it on here until now.

My neck was less painful today and I made it in to work again courtesy of Mother dropping the children off for me and then running me into work!
