Located along our town's main street is this house known for making one of the best lumpia ubod. Ubod is the trunk of a very young coconut tree that is skinned till just the tender sweet white center is exposed. It is then chopped and sauteed with a bit of minced pork or shrimp and wrapped in freshly made paper-thin wonton wrappers.

This house was built around the early 1900's.
