Chocolate cake!

This was the first evening after I was ill that I actually felt like food. It was also the evening the outreach team came back from Chikhwawa... It was a tough outreach for them and this felt like a real celebration meal.

We also had two birthdays that day so even more reason to celebrate... hence the chocolate cake. We also made a classic engliah pudding... a victoria sponge cake. We didn't normally have deserts or chocolate, so this was a real treat :) It was funny when it came to blow out the candles for the birthday boys (one of whom had never celebrated his birthday before as he grew up in an orphanage) as we had a power cut right as they blew out the candles!! It was perfect timing.
