my reminder

Ok, not sure this actually makes me smile, but it is my reminder to get moving and continue with the couch to 5k running plan. Happily, I was NOT on the treadmill today and instead was outside, which works better for me. This picture makes me smile, though, because it is my motivation to go, go, GO!
