(Half) Day Without Shoes...

It was TOMS shoes' day without shoes today... yet I have shoes on in this picture... well.

Let me explain. I was really willing and excited to be a participant. And I was for most of the day, but then my mom and I went out to take some senior pictures because today is the only day it's not supposed to rain this week. Unfortunately as my mother pointed out, I already have a lot of senior pictures without shoes on, soooo... =\

But, I am quite happy with how a lot of these ones turned out! And happy with today in general. I took so many pictures. Hung out on the roof with my brother again. Made a few cyanotypes.

Definitely makes up for the gloom of the past few days.

I have to say my mother did quite a wonderful job taking my pictures and being patient with me. ("Try that again but don't cut my feet out", "Keep the lines straight", "Don't zoom in so far"...) So obviously the photo credit here goes to her.

I'm rambling. But yeah today was awesome!
Feels more like Spring Break to me :)
