Fettucine with Baby Spinach, Herbs, and Ricotta
By now I'm sure you can see a trend in my food:
-pasta
-something red
-something green
It's like Christmas for dinner every day in a white bowl. A few things contribute to this Christmas madness. For starters, I love ALL green veggies. Seriously! It's strange because when I was a kid my mom could never get me to eat because I was this crazy picky eater. I think this is why I tend to lean towards pasta dishes with green veggies, and usually I try to "spice it up" by adding something red. Oh, well. It looks good and tastes good, so as my dad says, "Who cares?"
I'd like to say I'll change it up one day and switch out the bowls, but all my dishware and flatware are packed away, so the white bowl is here to stay for now.
