Pork and Sons

Jen came home with a rather amazing book which is very big, has a nicely padded cover and is full of things to do with pork and pigs. Pigs are probably my favourite all round eating animal so I'll be looking forward to getting into this andf using some of the more unusual cuts in new ways.

In other news I did far too much housework which induced a rather large drouth resulting in the over consumption of wine, but Newcastle won 4-1, hurrah!
