I had a question today about cholera vaccine. Now that's something I don't come across every day, apparently it isn't as effective as people might think, only 63% protective efficiency after the usual 2 dose regimen.

In this case the patient decided that a "Boil it, cook it, peel it or forget it," approach might be healthier.
