evening run

In complete contrast to yesterday evening, I arrived home full of energy. Inspired by blipburton's entry for today I headed out for a run.

It was marvellous. Didn't have time to sort out a fabulous photo as I was too busy trying not to keel over, am totally out of shape! There's only one way to fix that though - more runs. It's a real treat running around here, there's somewhere beautiful in every direction as you can kind of see.
