Lovely Surprise

This wonderful hamper arrived at my office today. It was sent by way of an understanding of my frustrations with the way the company in question has been dealing with one or two problems. It does restore my faith that at least the person who sent them does still care about service, especially in these times, when most people just couldn't give a toss anymore.

It was greatly appreciated and it must be good kit because MIL has got her eyes on its' contents already!
