First Holly #ukspring

Oh the excitement! And the total panic to get the photo! Holly blues are famous for flitting to & fro above bushes & branches, never staying still for even one second... but for once - & my first EVER chance of a photograph with wings out too - this one obliged! I was jumping up & down for ages after wards thrilled that I had got the shot (as one does). I also saw a male Orange-tip butterfly too, but he didn't stay long enough for photo, another truly Spring butterfly, like the Holly blue.
