Roasted Tomato, Pesto, Ricotta

I took so many shots of this delicious pizza, trying to achieve some interesting depth of field while also honoring the exquisite arrangement and flavors of the dish. Very few of those copious photos came out at all decent. Only with lots of tweaking on multiple photo software programs did I get something like this that met those criteria even somewhat. If image-framing is as critical from your viewpoint as my own, just remember, cropping is your friend.

When this specific iteration of this household favorite came to life, we hadn't made the homemade naan-based pizzas in several months. The hiatus made this pizza, with an uncharacteristic, somewhat excessive heaping of toppings, all the more flavorful. Yum, yum!
