Hooch!

Had to go once more up that drove road cart trail pot holed dirt track they call a road to wet wet Oban again! However it was in the name of entertainment more than work as I as taking a few photos of an evening ceilidh dance.

This is one serious accordion, check how its miked up!
Loads of quality Trad music and all the kids danced their wee hearts out so with any luck will go home plum tuckered out and sleep like logs.

Still on the subjects of kids, I was watching 4 more bratty ones at the flats behind our house. They were aged about 8 and were jumping up and down on the big bins, then jumped onto a car!! This old lady in one of the flats saw them and came out and tackled them about it. No sooner was her back turned when they were making rude signs to her. One fine day they are going to take a header off the bins or off the huge rocky wall at the back, then and only then will thier hapless owners appear and start suing the Council!

Aslo today I saw the Council workers come to cut the grass for those living in the flats and dont work!

What kind of message are we sending out these days? Folks that work pay taxes, and get rooked at the fuel pumps while those thats dont work, can stay at home and watch Sky TV all day long!

I also discovered that the price for a litre of milk is the same as the price for a litre of petrol! Its not even any cheaper to run a car of milk !

I swear if it rains tomorrow yet again, I am staying in my bed (but unlike those that can do this voluntarily,and still get dole I wont get paid
