vanity caught on camera

Tonight was the second time this year I've tried wearing makeup.

I took this to see what it looked like before I went out to a gig alone! I accidentally left my camera at home and this is now my photo for the day.

BELLE AND SEBASTIAN were fantastic...and obviously it wouldn't have mattered if I wore mascara or not. I met a 'gig friend' there and hung out with some cool people I dont know.

None of my friends here like the same music as me, I think I have great taste and they're all weird, but it works out well because I meet new people and still get to hang out with my weird friends :-)

I should just buy a mirror.
