Flags flying high over the stadium

Back at the stadium today and couldn't help noticing these flags fluttering in the wind. My daughter is doing an Easter athletics camp. She got to meet and get an autograph of Eilidh Child the Commonwealth games(Delhi) 400m hurdles silver medalist.
